Our 11 year old air unit went on the brink. Three of our neighbors recommended Dustin Bloom @Point Services Air Conditioning. Dustin responded right away and provided 3 replacements options. For each he explained the brand information, warranties and pricing. He was very knowledgeable and answered our many questions. We selected a unit and had the installation scheduled within 2 days. Dustin’s technicians were outstanding, professional and hard working. We liked that they are a team working together for quite some time. Our unit is very quiet and our house has never been this cold!! Highly recommend Point Services Air we rate them 10+++

We use Point for maintenance, repairs and installation. We are so happy we found them at the recommendation of family who live in the area. Gone are the days of needless upsells via scare tactics and ridiculously long wait times if needing to reschedule. Pricing is very reasonable, and the customer service is fantastic.

Dustin and his crew did a phenomenal job changing out a unit for me recently. Job was done quickly and they cleanup all trash from the site like they were never even there. I will definitely be using Point Services in the future for out maintenance.

The air conditioner fan for our house stopped working. Dustin showed up in a very timely fashion. He is very experienced and was able to quickly assessed the problem. Without wasting any precious time he had our A/C cooling! Dustin even replaced the odd sized furnace filter.
