As Murphy’s Law would have it, my family and I were out of town when I received a call from our dog sitters of the A/C being down. I phoned Point S and advised them of my need to get my guests/pets back online. My call was promptly answered and was given a window for arrival that rivaled any paid services these days. The team communicated with me all the findings and recommended solutions for repair. In less than an hour, my home was back to cooling. Ask for Dustin Bloom ! Dustin was fantastic. I wanted to get my unit cleaned up and ready for summer, so I got on there maintenance program. I’ve learned over the years that preventative maintenance is key to maximizing life of any unit. He is very knowledgeable and got my unit to work more efficiently. Money well spent !
