View Reviews on GoogleAC failed. Contacted Dustin and he came out the next morning. Took pictures and explained the condition and that it would cost more to repair than replace. Found a replacement and had a crew ready to install the following day - only to call again an hour later, saying they could install the same day, due to a last-minute cancellation! So, full replacement in just over 24 hours. Awesome!
We used point services right after we moved in. Dustin was quick to answer and head over to assess the issue. He was super thorough and tried a few things before ultimately making a recommendation. His prices were the best I shopped and he was the most responsive. We need more folks in the area who provide good service like this
Dustin was recommended by a friend when my blower motor went out. They got to me a day earlier than expected and got up and running for a fair price and didnt try to sell me a new unit. Just fixed the problem. No high pressure sales tactics. 10 stars. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
